Founder/President/CEO shares details about his proposed Aquarium Plaza
Corporate Center in Las Vegas.
GridZero intends to build its unique
Aquarium Plaza Corporate Center in Summerlin, Las Vegas Nevada. It will serve as our corporate offices, the ClubZERO membership offices, feature an Aquarium Gallery theme
restaurant and SunStar Golf Club, a virtual golf entertainment venue.
It will be anchored with a signature saltwater aquarium exhibit called Marissa's Reef For Heavenly Helpers (Marissa's Reef) to honor Marissa Reyes, our Founder's 7 year old granddaughter who swept to her dearh on August 9, 2005.

The Aquarium Plaza will also serve as a working showroom of the off-grid products GridZero offers as part of its core business, including its Atmospheric Water Generators (AWG), its bifacial solar canopies, microfarming and hydrogen fueled back-up power generator system.

Downtown Summerlin

Downtown Summerlin is a master planned community that offers a wide assortment of upscale shopping, many restaurants, Red Rock Casino, the Las Vegas Ballpark, the Golden knights hockey team training facility all mixed amongst class A offices and residential units. Although we have not secured
land within this development, it is our preferred location offering great views of Las Vegas strip casinos.

The Marissa's Reef exhibit consists of a 50' round x 60' tall saltwater aquarium with a tropical reef in its center (Marissa's Reef). It will be populated with 50,000 reef fish and other assorted marine life that will be called SpiritFish, named after other children lost due to natural disasters, like the flash flood
that took Marissa's life at the age of seven. It is built as lasting memory to all of them.

We hope to build a duplicate Aquarium Plaza Corporate Center project on the Island of Maui, Hawaii in the coming years. That was always been the intended home for Marissa's Reef. It would serve as our base for the ClubZERO Rewards member sailing charters, and our HumidaPURE AirWater Plants, and CommunityHUBS in the Hawaiian Islands.
