Founder/President/CEO shares details about his proposed Aquarium Plaza
Corporate Center in Las Vegas.
GridZero intends to build its Aquarium
Plaza Corporate Center in Summerlin, Las Vegas Nevada. It serves as our corporate offices, the initial ClubZERO membership offices, and we plan to build a similar center in California and on the island of Maui, Hawaii to manage our operations in those states by 2029.
The Aquarium Plaza features a signature saltwater aquarium memorial exhibit we call Marissa's Reef For Heavenly Helpers (Marissa's Reef) to honor Marissa Reyes,
our Founder's 7 year old granddaughter who was swept to her death on August 9, 2005 in a flash flood in Arizona.
They will also feature an Aquarium Gallery themed restaurant and SunStar Golf Club, a virtual golf entertainment venue. They will serve as a working showroom of the off-grid products that GridZero offers as part of its business, including Atmospheric Water Generators (AWG), bifacial solar canopies, micro-farming, diesel/hydrogen fueled back-up power generator systems.

​Downtown Summerlin is a master planned community that offers a wide assortment of upscale shopping, many restaurants, Red Rock Casino, the Las Vegas Ballpark, the Golden knights hockey team training facility all mixed amongst class A offices and residential units. Although we have not secured land within this development, it is our preferred location offering great views of Las Vegas strip casinos.

​​The Marissa's Reef exhibit consists of a 50' round x 60' tall saltwater aquarium with a tropical reef in its center (Marissa's Reef). It will be populated with 50,000 reef fish and other assorted marine life that will be called SpiritFish, named after other children lost due to natural disasters, like the flash flood that took Marissa's life at the age of seven. It is built as lasting memory to all of them. Although Marissa has been gone for 20 years now, she is always on our mind yet today.

​​This Aquarium Plaza is a much smaller version of the larger original Maui Auarium Plaza Golf & Spa Resort proposed by our Founder many years ago. The current version is his stated Dream Project as outlined in his upcoming book: The AngelPreneur: Building The Dream in Real Time, scheduled for release later this year. His book sharse details and the story behind each of his many projects over the years with over 50 full color design renderings. It will be available exclusively for members of ClubZERO s when it launches.
