Founder/President/CEO Peter Ortmann shares more about GridZero's history and vision. ​
GridZero Inc is a Nevada corporation founded by Peter Ortmann, its President/CEO. GridZero is an off-grid system design/build eco-friendly business development and consulting firm. We help clients seeking specialty micro-farming, alternate power and atmospheric water generating (AWG) systems, complete with tanks and energy storage.
We represent only the Best-of-Class farming, solar, power and water generating equipment. Over the past 10 years Mr. Ortmann has developed several stand alone businesses that incorporate these products as part of his GridZero portfolio.

As of September 15, 2024, Mr. Ortmann has scaled back his larger business vision to better focus on the its core operations. This simply means he will only develop five, instead of nine businesses, and in the process has developed a whole new funding strategy to do so. The goal is to build Earth Friendly off-grid sustainable farming, power and atmospheric water generating systems for estate owners, ranches, vineyards, hotels, and individuals that seek them
.
To accomplish this we developed ClubZERO Rewards an online membership program to engage its members to help increase awareness of our systems, while funding our businesses and is desired, join our member referral affiliate program to earn a long-term residual income stream. In addition, to earning reward points to use for merchandise and travel offers, members will earn Equity Share Credits (ESC) that convert to gifted common stock in the two companies they helped build:

​CommunityHUBSof America a network of transitional housing and support facilities to help address the growing working homeless population, and build a series of modular ReliefHUBS - modules that can be deployed quickly to assist those impacted by a natural disaster providing water, power, hot showers and clean toilet facilities.

The GridZero vision is innovative, large scale and has many moving parts. This website will share the companies, proposed projects and our funding strategies. All will be featured in our business reality series called GridZero: The Mother of all Start-ups. This series will take our ClubZERO member viewers on the entreprenurial business building reality ride of a lifetime, in real time, with real people and real companies as Mr. Ortmann, also known by associates as The Shark, engages everyone in the business building process. The series will launch in January 2025 once the U.S. political situation and polices are better defined. Stay tuned, it is goingt to be a lot of fun!

​HumidaPURE AirWater Compan: a company that will build a network of 10 micro-AirWater production plants in California, plus 2 in Hawaii that will convert local humidity into safe drinking water for sale to consumers under its AirWater brand. All packaged in non-plastic containers like glass and aluminum cans, and goal to make AirWater the official water for the 2026 World Cup and 2028 Olympics in LA.

Membership dues revenue will also help build our unique and exciting Aquarium Plaza Corporate Center in Las Vegas, complete with an Aquarium Gallery Restaurant, virtual SunStar Golf Club and signature memorial exhibit called Marissa's Reef for Heavenly Helpers. It will serve as the corporate headquarters for GridZero, ClubZERO Rewards, and its related operations once built, and as a working showroom of our many off-grid products and systems. We hope to complete this project by early 2026.
