A Purpose-Driven Nonprofit Tackling Environmental and Humanitarian Crises at Their Root
Formerly known as the Clear Blue Oceans Foundation, now the GridZero Solutions Institute (GZ Institute) is our Hawaiian non-profit organization currently being reestablished as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Founded by entrepreneur and impact visionary Peter "The AngelPreneur" Ortmann, our mission has evolved over the years to meet the increasingly complex challenges facing both our environment and society.
🌊 Our Origin: Oceans in Crisis
GZ Institute began with a singular mission: to raise awareness and support solutions for the plastic pollution crisis devastating our oceans. From microplastics in marine food chains to the floating debris choking aquatic ecosystems, we sought to educate, inspire action, and promote sustainable innovation.
🔁 Our Evolution: Addressing a Broader Humanitarian Emergency
While our oceans issues will always remain a focus, our mission has expanded. Today, the GZ Institute stands at the forefront of advocacy and solution-building around three pressing and interconnected global issues:
1. 🏠 Working Homelessness in the U.S.
We're committed to serving the growing population of working homeless—those who hold jobs but still can't afford housing due to rising living costs. Our answer is building and operating a network of our CommunityHUBS: A transitional housing campus designed to offer stability, dignity, and resources for individuals and families ready to rebuild their lives. ClubZERO members will contribute 10% of monthly dues and GridZero will contribute 10% of their quarterly pre-tax profits to this initiative.
2. 🚨 Rapid-Response Disaster Relief
The GZ Institute, in partnership with GridZero MetalWorks, intends to build up to five (5) unique disaster ReliefHUBS, mobile, scalable response units to communities affected by natural disasters such as hurricanes, wildfires, earthquakes, and floods. These facilities will provide those impacted by a disaster with power, clean water, basic care like hot showers and flush toilets, plus Ice in the critical days and weeks after catastrophe strikes. We plan to dispatch and operate them as well.
3. 🌫 Environmental Manipulation
One of our core concerns is the lack of truth about the ongoing environmental manipulation of our air, water and farm lands. We are one of the few organizations courageous enough to confront the role of geoengineering and weather modification in modern climate instability. These activities ignored or denied by governments—have been impacting global ecosystems and weather patterns for over 75 years, contributing to water contamination, soil degradation, and atmospheric toxicity.
We believe you can’t have an honest conversation about climate change without first acknowledging the unregulated tampering of our skies and weather-related events. We recognize that openly discussing the truth about geoengineering and its catastrophic effects is controversial. But the science and aerial evidence are clear: unregulated atmospheric interventions are happening—and have been for decades. We encourage you to watch “The Dimming”—a powerful documentary that reveals the magnitude of these programs. Understanding this issue is crucial to developing real climate solutions rather than politically convenient distractions.

Through this synergistic and integrated non-profit model, ClubZERO members will play a direct role in our advancing real-world solutions to humanitarian and ecological challenges—while earning Reward Credits and gaining access to exclusive benefits not available elsewhere. All our initiatives are funded through:
