Founder/President/CEO shares details about our GRIP Project

GRIDZERO RESILIENCE INNOVATION PARK (GRIP)

A National Demonstration Campus for Renewable Energy, Atmospheric Water,

AgriVoltaic Food Production, Transitional Homeless Housing & Manufacturing Resilience

The GridZero Resilience Innovation Park (GRIP) is a proposed $800 million - 100+ acre campus-scale, public–private partnership (P3) - designed to address multiple national infrastructure challenges through fully operational, revenue-generating systems, not pilot projects. Project details are being withheld pending final negotiations with land owners and integrated partners.

GRIP will be located in a yet to be determined location, within or near Las Vegas, in California or Hawaii, creating hundreds of jobs, driving local and state economic growth, and offering power, water and food resilience when disaster or supply chains strike. They will leverage private/public funding, seek federal and state land resources to establish our GRIP as an integrated national demonstration and manufacturing hub focused on:

  • Renewable energy independence for off-grid operations

  • Transportation fuel security - fuel produced from waste plastic packaging

  • Atmospheric Water Generating (AWG) systems, water from humidity for regional water resilience

  • Plastic packaging waste elimination by converting it to transportation fuel or electricity

  • Advanced manufacturing of Plastic2Power and AWG system equipment and systems

  • Transitional housing and support centers that address the working unhoused issues

  • Workforce housing and diverse now-hospitality job creation

  • Indoor Vertical farming food production and off-grid agricultural resilience systems

The campus will host multiple integrated operating businesses, each addressing a critical infrastructure need, while collectively forming a replicable national model that other cities, states, and regions can adopt.

PURPOSE & NATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE

GRIP is designed to serve three simultaneous purposes:

  1. Operational Infrastructure
Deliver real energy, water, manufacturing, housing, and food systems serving Nevada and beyond.

  2. National Demonstration & Training Site
Provide a live, visitable campus where governments, utilities, and partners can observe proven systems in operation.

  3. Replication Engine
Enable rapid deployment of similar resilience campuses across North America and island jurisdictions.

GRIP is not experimental. All systems are commercially deployable, financeable, and scalable.

Founding ClubZERO Rewards members will receive a signed first edition copy—free of charge once the book is published in Winter 2025. It will also be available for purchase through our ReefShark online store.

Conclusion

The GridZero Resilience Innovation Park represents a new category of infrastructure - one that integrates clean energy, air-to-water technologies, agrivoltaic food production, housing solutions for working unhoused individuals and families, lodging, entertainment and manufacturing into a single, replicable resilience platform. A public–private partnership that offers Nevada and the federal government a visible, durable, and nationally significant investment in resilience center planning, economic diversification, clean energy production and independence.
