All members, even free Silver members will be able to invite new members to join ClubZERO Rewards, however, for them to earn income they must first upgrade to become a Partner Affiliate for a one-time fee of $35. Our Partner Affiliate program is designed to be a simple to understand online income opportunity that turns social media networks, blogs or video channel followers into an income stream. At the same time It helps us grow our membership base - all while promoting a mission-driven organization focused on sustainability, building an entrepreneurial community, and launching real venture innovation to create real jobs. How It Works
We believe that once Silver members fully understand the benefits of our paid Gold, Platinum & Business
level membership values, becoming a Partner Affiliate will be a no-brainer. In fact, most member referrals will do the same according to our test marketing. As monthly earnings can easily exceed your membership dues within just a few referrals. If you also opt into our "PLUS" program, by donating $50, $75 or $100 monthly to the CBO Foundation, you can earn a second tier income and get a tax deduction each year.

Step 3: Can become Partner Affiliates to earn referral income for one-time fee of $45
NOTE: Only U.S. and Canadian residents are currently eligible to participate in the Partner Affiliate program, with expansion plans underway. Participants will need to provide basic tax and personal contact information and accept the terms and conditions of the program upon signup. Taxes on income earned through this program are the members sole responsibility, and you will be sent an IRS Form W1099 each February.
How You Earn
Once you join - you’ll log into your online membership account. Once signed in you can obtain one of our ads with your personal referral link embedded. We are working to embed this code into the free e-book seen above that you will be able to offer those you invite, for an email address, which gets them signed up under you as a free Silver member by default. We expect a substantial percentage of those that download the e-book will become both paid members, and very likely also join the Partner Affiliate program.
ClubZERO Partner Affiliate PLUS
Profit with Purpose — Earn Income While Funding Global Impact
The ClubZERO Partner Affiliate PLUS program (currently in development) will enable our active Partner Affiliates to elevate their membership to a premier level and unlock a second-tier income stream. While at the same time supporting real-world environmental projects and initiatives of the CBO Foundation - a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
All you will need to do is copy the ad link provided, or the e-book cover art and tag, then post it into any of your social media accounts, websites, podcast pages, e-mails, blogs, even business cards or newsletters - anywhere authorized to connect with your follower network. That's it. Once someone clicks on your ad they are directed to a ClubZERO webpage where they can join for free, and if they do, they become your referral for as long as you and they remain an active member. The e-book method is better.
How It Works

No fee to join, just choose one of three fixed recurring monthly donation tiers to the CBO Foundation:

Starfish: $50 monthly deducted from your affiliate income earnings

Stingray: $75 monthly deducted from your affiliate income earnings

ReefShark: $100 monthly deducted from your affiliate income earnings

Your gross monthly donation paid flows 65% to the CBO Foundation for its needs, and 35% is retained by ClubZERO Rewards Inc. under an exclusive fundraising agreement, from which fees are paid.

As a Partner Affiliate PLUS, when you refer other PLUS members who donate at your tier or higher and remain active, you earn a monthly Override Marketing Fee (OMF), paid by ClubZERO retained values, as follows:

$15 paid monthly for each participating StarFish member

$20 paid monthly for each participating StingRay member

$25 paid monthly for each participating ReefShark member

A portion of ClubZERO’s retained fundraising fee - after affiliate overrides and credit card processing fees are paid, if any - is donated 100% to the ClubZERO Rewards Trust, enhancing travel benefits, member rewards and community value.

All PLUS members receive an annual tax-deductible receipt from the the CBO Foundation for the total amount of your donation ($50 x 12 = $600 - $75 x 12 = $900 - $100x 12 = $1,200), which may offset the income you earn from the Affiliate program (consult your tax advisor).
As a Partner Affiliate PLUS member, you will earn monthly bonus marketing fees on your referrals who also join at the PLUS level, once it launches.
Legal & Structural Framework
This program is unique under fundraising structures, and is governed by a Commercial Co-Venturer Agreement between CBO Foundation, and ClubZERO Rewards. Under this agreement:

ClubZERO is authorized to solicit donations and provide fundraising services.

The CBO Foundation retains control over use of funds and records the retained 35% as fundraising expense on its Form 990. The CBO Foundation will conduit annual audits and provide reports to donors.

ClubZERO records its retained 35% as fundraising income, pays affiliate overrides, and allocates the remainder to the Rewards Trust.

Both parties maintain full transparency and comply with IRS §501(c)(3) and applicable state solicitation regulations. We will register this program in California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii to comply with state laws, and deny any donations in states that do not allow it.

NOTE: Fees are paid on paid memberships only, meaning the Partner Affiliate must be an active paid member in good standing to receive fees, which are paid only on paid referred members, not if they revert back to free Silver status. Upgrading from Gold to Platinum or Business will not pay the first month bonus value, but increase the recurring income to the new level (Increases from $10 to $20 or $35 monthly) If a member cancels or downgrades, commissions stop. All commissions are paid directly to your account or payment card monthly - no chasing checks, no hassle.
Income Potential
With the right audience, our ClubZERO Partner Affiliates with or without the added PLUS feature can build steady, passive monthly income. An online earnings estimator tool as seen below will be provided on the membership website to help members set income or referral goals. Members will be able to simply add a value in the yellow highlighted section, and the form will calculate an estimated income potential based on your direct potential referral activity.
Why We Do It This Way
We believe AI technologies, combined with near-term economic pressures will increase job losses in 2026 and beyond. To help offset this trend and reward our community, we created our member referral Partner Affiliate income program. At the same time we eliminate the need to spend thousands of dollars on ads to market our membership program. New memberships are driven exclusively by direct member-to-member invitations posted within a members social media or related online platforms.
NOTE: If someone cancels membership or is terminated for cause, their referrals and commissions default to the non-profit CBO Foundation, which uses the funds to support its initiatives, disaster relief, sustainability and issue awareness programs.
