The Heart of the AngelPreneur Vision

The Aquarium Plaza Corporate Center (Aquarium Plaza), is where innovation meets inspiration in a signature destination being developed by the AngelPreneur Venture Group, (APVG) the parent of GridZero Inc. It was designed by our Founder, aka: The Shark, to serve as the flagship corporate headquarters for both his APVG and GridZero, and serve as a working showroom of off-grid clean energy and related technology systems.

This is not just an office building. This is a place of purpose, passion, and progress—built to educate, inspire, and unite those committed to a sustainable future. Planned for Downtown Summerlin, in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Aquarium Plaza will be more than an office complex—it’s a tribute, a showcase, and a place where sustainability, entertainment, and heartfelt legacy converge.

🌊 Marissa’s Reef for Heavenly Helpers: A Living Memorial

At the heart of Aquarium Plaza is Marissa’s Reef for Heavenly Helpers (Marissa’s Reef), a 50-foot diameter by 60-foot tall saltwater aquarium—with an awe-inspiring tropical reef ecosystem in its center. Built in memory of Marissa Reyes, our Founder’s 7-year-old granddaughter, born on his birthday in 1998, and tragically lost in a flash flood in Carefree Arizona on August 9, 2005. This memorial

project has taken many turns over the years, but The Shark has never stopped finding the right home for it.

This immersive exhibit will feature over 50,000 tropical reef fish and marine life, lovingly referred to as SpiritFish, named in honor of children lost to natural disasters around the world. The aquarium will also feature a ReefShark, representing Grandpa Petey our founder, and reason he has been tagged with The Shark nickname, to protect Marissa and her Spiritfish friends. The Reef stands as a living, breathing memorial of hope, healing, and remembrance, anchoring the soul of Aquarium Plaza.

🔋 The GridZero Off-Grid Experience

Aquarium Plaza is designed to run off-grid if needed, using the full suite of GridZero's clean energy technologies in a live, operational environment. Visitors will:

Atmospheric Water Generators (AWG) for water independence
Bifacial Solar Canopies producing power while shading parking and walkways
Hydrogen/Diesel hybrid back-up generators
Micro-farming units showcasing vertical and smart agriculture solutions

This working model will provide real-world insight into how local communities and businesses can embrace clean, and self-sufficient off-grid infrastructure for power and water security in a zero-emission future.

Integrated within the three level Aquarium Plaza is the Aquarium Gallery Restaurant, SunStar Golf Club, a ReefShark retail store, and home to Marissa's Reef for Heavenly Helpers

Integrated within the Aquarium Plaza is the Aquarium Gallery Restaurant that will feature:

Multiple saltwater aquariums for an immersive reef-side dining experience
Sustainable seafood and full service sushi bar restaurant section
Indoor and outdoor patio lounges with tropical design influences, with views
Themed food and beverage service inspired by Hawaiian and South Pacific coastal regions

This restaurant will become a must visit destination venue in its own right, for locals, visitors and for hosting ClubZERO events or private gatherings, all within view of the mesmerizing Marissa’s Reef.
