GridZero Founder shares details of AgriVoltaic Resilience Center business objectives.

.

Founder/President/CEO Peter Ortmann shares more about GridZero's history and vision.

AgriVoltaic Resilience Centers Inc. (AgriVoltaic), is an Impact Fund venture being established to provide custom design/build services to private and governmental clients or agencies seeking to build community-based resilience center facilities. Those who seek long-term food, water and power security should disaster strike their region. Integrated projects that provide renewable solar and wind powered energy for atmospheric water making and food production, under solar powered canopy structures.

The project will blend agriculture, innovation, education, and hospitality together to provide lasting jobs, sustainable nourishment, and hope for future generations. It is where food, water, power and people come together for the benefit of the common good.

Depending on the actual project size we will incorporate a 120,000 - up to 200,000 Gallon-per-Day (GPD) Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) water-making plant to address the lack of clean water issues on west Maui. Most sites will incorporate an extensive solar and wind turbine energy farm to produce 100+ MegaWatts of power daily to make each project, including all operations independent from the local power and water grid. In fact surplus water and power will be offered for sale into the local grid or to other customers and farmers whenever possible.

We have several projects currently in development including the APVG proposed West Maui Resilience Center project on the Island of Maui, Hawaii, and the CBO Foundation's proposed ClearBlue Agricultural Resilience Research & Training Center planned for a central California coastal community. Each are showcased on their own web pages.

How Are Our Projects Funded

The AngelPreneur Venture Group (APVG) formed its AngelPreneur Impact Fund LLC (Impact Fund), and this is one of the five companies it will launch and build. Funding for these large scale $120+ million developments will come mainly from its clients. However, initial design, and full canopy prototype project will be funded directly by the Impact Fund from its 25% share of the monthly ClubZERO Rewards membership dues paid allocated to it. In exchange, ClubZERO will own 35% of the Impact Fund equity.

Looking Ahead

We have a lot of work ahead, and 2026 will be a pivotal yea for us and all stated projects. We continue to refine

our projects and prepare them for launch, starting with the launch of the ClubZERO membership site. Watch us build. And join us on a mission to redefine what legacy entrepreneurship looks like,
