Why GridZero Intrapreneurships?
After years of developing an integrated business model, GridZero is preparing to launch five (5) core companies under our GridZero Venture Fund. Although growth will be driven by our self-funding ClubZERO Rewards, we intend to also conduct an SEC Reg CF share offering for the Fund in early 2026 to raise up to $5 million in additional working capital to get things started.
Our Founder, with over 45 years of entrepreneurial and executive leadership expertise, believes in empowering true leaders who have the passion, experience, who desire to take ownership serious and show commitment from day one to building a company they can share its success with. That belief gave rise to his unique GridZero Intrapreneurship Program.
GridZero is now seeking high-performing experienced individuals to take on the role of an Intrapreneur to serve as President and leader responsible for one of the five start-up GridZero Venture Fund companies shown below. The Entrepreneurs will build their own management teams and earn equity in each business vested over two years.
GridZero believes each of the potential companies listed above represent a solid opportunity to succeed and will be well received by both business and consumers alike. All will be based in Las Vegas, Nevada, We intend to position and take ClubZERO Rewards public through a direct listing onto the Nasdaq exchange in 2028, and conduct an SEC Reg CF public offering for our GridZero Venture Fund in early 2026.
What is an Intrapreneur?

How The Program Works, is Structure & Its Benefits
GridZero has spent years developing its integrated business model and the time has come to launch it. Over the years our Founder has found that those managers or partners with a vested financial interest in the success of a business always work harder, are more creative in solving challenges and willing to do whatever it takes to cross the finish line. With this in mind our Founder created the GridZero IntraPreneurship Program and set out to find the right person to lead and build each business model.
The goal is to find vested Intrapreneurs who each share the same vision and passion of our Founder for the business they want to build, and as such, are willing to risk $10,000 of their own money for the opportunity to do so. The amount is fully refundable after one year of service, if you remain active and are not terminated for cause. His point is simply two fold:
1) we want to weed out the experienced job seekers looking for a cushy no-risk upper management position. In an effort to streamline the applicant process and not make this another generic job opportunity that would likely lead to hundreds of applicants, our program requires a refundable applicant fee, some skin in the game of $10,000.
2) having some skin in the game from the start plants a seed that will drive the “I can make it happen” attitude in you. Our Founder feels that attitude is far more important than a strong resume. In addition, if you are willing to pay the fee, it says you believe in your ability to build the business and have likely succeeded in the past.
Fee Requirement:

$10,000 risk capital (refundable after 12 months if not terminated for cause).

Commitment to relocate to Las Vegas, Nevada by October 1, 2025.
Compensation & Equity:

Earn 10% equity in your assigned company over 24 months based on performance milestones.

Full refund of $10,000 after one year if active and in good standing.

Application Process
Before you consider applying understand that you and our Founder will need to be on the same page from the start. You will need to share in his integrated business vision that spans multiple verticals for GridZero Venture Fund businesses. his ClubZERO Rewards model, and CBO Foundation initiatives. All will be working together to accomplish a common objective. and you need to be ready to make your part of that vision happen. Therein lies the true business challenge before you! If you succeed, you will be rewarded fairly with salary and stock. If you fail, or leave the company within the first year you may lose your $10,000 fee. That being said, here is the process
Stage 1: Initial Contact (via the Contact page)

Provide: Full name, contact info, best time to schedule a zoom or google Call, define business interested in, and your qualifications. Share view of overall GridZero vision, and resume.
Stage 2: Formal Application

Upon approval after Stage 1 call, Founder will send an email with an application form, complete and return the application
Stage 3: Zoom Interview

After Stage 2, if shortlisted Founder will send an email to schedule a follow-up Zoom call interview
Stage 4: Selection Decision

Once job offer is made, acceptance includes payment of $10,000 refundable fee. Others may be offered alternate roles within the company with no fee required.
Stage 5: Onboarding

Work starts remotely and in Las Vegas, by November 1, 2025.

Each Intrapreneur will be featured in the upcoming AngelPreneur web series, with possible spinoffs that highlight their business development progress streamed exclusively to ClubZERO members.
