Our Founder shares his Hybrid Business Park project details in Central Maui.
The AngelPreneur Hybrid Business Park
Another former APVG project may have a new chance to become a state-of-the-art renewable energy micro-grid, and atmospheric water generating (AWG) sustainable project, if the State of Hawaii leases APVG the land to develop it. Our Founder, the Shark, first designed his AngelPreneur Hybrid Business Park (seen below) proposed for central Maui. in 2019, mainly as a back-up to his larger resort project in West Maui. Covid screwed all those plans up and so neither project was ever submitted for review.
Today, his current plans incorporated many elements of the old project that included building solar electric powered sailing catamaran yachts, a lake to test them set around the 126 onsite apartments. It was to have a business hotel, and many of the businesses The Shark hoped to launch to help diversify the local economy. Today, if successful, it might include a 432,000 Gallon-Per-Day (GPD) AWG water production facility, his Maui AirWater bottling plant, and Plastic2Power processing plant.
