GridZero MetalWorks (GZ MetalWorks) will become the "Backbone of the GridZero Innovation Strategy." Our Founder is a seasoned metal fabrication and HVAC contractor with over 30 years of experience. As he comes out of his retirement to launch his group of the most socially responsible businesses and projects, he also plans to establish GZ MetalWorks in Las Vegas.

GZ MetalWorks will serve as the exclusive manufacturing and specialty fabrication hub for all project infrastructure or business needs for GridZero, APVG and the CBO Foundation, including:

Building its disaster CBO ReliefHUBS, for emergency assistance
Assembly and components of the 10kw Vertical Axis Wind Turbines (VAWT) units
Specialty fabrication needs for APVG's West Maui Resilience Center project on Maui
Specialty fabrication needs for the CBO Marine Group businesses and CBO Marine Center on Maui ,
Specialty fabrication needs for the AngelPreneur Aviation Services aircraft shipping racks
Specialty fabrication needs for Plastic2Power USA, a GridZero Venture Fund vusiness.
Specialty fabrication needs for HumidaPURE AirWater Company, a GridZero Venture Fund business

GZ MetalWorks will also seek a licensing agreement with Watergen of Israel to build its 200+ needed large scale GEN L Atmospheric Water Generators (AWG) units needed for our HumidaPURE AirWater Company, and our Maui project. They will also seek an agreement with Niutech Corporation of China to build the projected 30 or more Plastic2Power processing equipment lines over the first five years.

The goal is to build the equipment our companies and projects need, not for outside clients initially. This will save substantial capital as it would offset tariff costs, any delivery chain issues, and allow us to take better advantage of "Built in America" federal tax incentives, or grant funding opportunities. As our GridZero companies like HumidaPURE and Plastic2Power take root, others will likely want similar equipment and we will look at providing it.

From disaster response CBO ReliefHUBS solutions to AgriVoltaic Farming infrastructure to building VAWT, or the potential equipment we need in the USA, GZ MetalWorks will lead the design team, provide the engineering and installation expertise that moves every GridZero project forward beginning in early 2026.

Facility & Operations

To accelerate operations, GridZero will lease a 40,000 SF or larger commercial facility in Las Vegas to serve as the initial fabrication shop, warehouse, design group and logistic team location. Plans are already underway to build a state-of-the-art GridZero Business Park in Las Vegas. A fabrication and operations campus on 30+ acres of acquired or leased land tailored to meet our growing needs. It will also become the staging warehouse for all our proposed projects and shipping operations to the Maui AirBridge, and all out of state business locations.

Our preferred site is located on vacant land near the airport as seen in the above renderings. We would look to lease the property, although no guarantee can be made that we can in fact secure this property. There are several other parcels available, however, this site is ideally suited for our companies.

The above images are from our Founders former metal shop in California, closed in 2004 when he relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada. With GridZero MetalWorks, innovation doesn't stop at the drawing board—it gets built, installed, and put to work. Our municipal project partners and investors become part of the growing GridZero ecosystem, and GZ MetalWorks will ensure our systems are delivered on time with precision and performance. We will not take on outside projects, as our expected work-load is booked solid for the next five years.
