HumidaPURE AirWater Systems Inc. (HumidaPURE) is a flagship venture within the GridZero Venture Fund portfolio, first developed by our Founder in 2020. This innovative utility scale atmospheric water system design/build/manage company aims to revolutionize access to clean drinking water using its own systems and those of Watergen —the global standard in air-to-water technology. Our model is designed to serve rural wat er companies, small communities, farms, and vineyards, creating small, self-contained water production facilities.

HumidaPURE’s core mission is to custom design large scale atmospheric water making systems that will harvest water from local humidity, turning air into clean, drinkable water for small water companies, golf courses, resale, emergency relief, communities facing water scarcity or contamination issues. It will also seek to build systems for the rising data centers that require vast amounts of water for cooling, to offset their need to tap into local water supplies. A key negative factor that impacts local communities around these data centers.
HumidaPURE will also build its own line of large scale AWG equipment. It will integrate 48 of its HP-9000GPD units, built in the USA, into 4 solar canopy structures for its AirWater Quad System as seen in the drawing on the right. Each canopy will have 12 AWG units, capable of producing up to 108,000 GPD each under ideal conditions designed for two locations on the Island of Maui, Hawaii., for Maui AirWater Company.
Beginning in 2026, we plan to also begin building a network of up to 12 AirWater production and bottling plants—10 across California. These plants, with targeted locations as seen in the rendering below, are subject to change, once we have built our first plant in Camarillo, California.

GridZero has designed the first standalone HumidaPURE production facility, planned for Camarillo, California. Once constructed, the plant is expected to produce an average of 275,000 gallons of drinking water per month from local humid airflows - using Watergen AWG GL systems.
While this site is currently under planning and has not yet been acquired, a video rendering of the proposed facility is available. Future production centers will follow a similar design and output capacity.

APVG's Maui AirWater Production Plant

HumidaPURE will design and build out its AirWater systems for APVG's Maui AirWater production plants on the Island of Maui, Hawaii. They will produce water products for its own restaurants, CBO Foundation initiatives, local Maui resorts, restaurants and local consumers, as well as for Las Vegas Casinos and other consumer outlets. HumidaPURE is looking at developing AirWater production plants with ice making capability on the Hawaiian Islands of Oahu, Hawaii, and Kauai to address local needs. An older rendering is seen below. Since it has become more difficult to launch businesses in California, they will likely build only one larger 50,000 GPD plant in Camarillo, California.

HumidaPURE will incorporate the Watergen Large Scale Atmospheric Water Generators I(AWG) nto all its plants GridZero and APVG-related projects. GridZero MetalWorks hopes to secure the rights to manufacture these units in the United States to offset tariffs and shipping costs.

We’ll provide customized AWG design/build solutions and long-term service contracts to help local communities and businesses generate their own sustainable water supplies. To offset added tariff, delivery and supply chain issues and costs, GridZero MetalWorks plans to build a state-of-the-art fabrication facility in Las Vegas, and hopes to license the building of its Israeli-built Watergen large scale "GEN L" AWG units beginning in late 2026.
Funding & ClubZERO Support
HumidaPURE will be supported in part by ClubZERO Rewards Inc. (ClubZERO), with a share of all monthly member dues allocated to the GridZero Venture Fund portfolio through 2029. Once underway, with three plants in operation, we may take this company public or grow it directly. The company will operate with its own dedicated CEO and experienced executive team, ensuring professional leadership and focused execution.
A Better Bottled Water Alternative
The U.S. consumed nearly 16 billion gallons of bottled water in 2023, with retail sales exceeding $48 billion. Yet most bottled water is either repackaged tap water or sourced from overdrawn springs and aquifers. HumidaPURE offers a compelling alternative: ultra-pure water made from air, powered off-grid, and packaged sustainably. Our consumer testing shows high demand for a water brand that prioritizes health, safety, and environmental values.
The Future of Water is in the Air
HumidaPURE has already received interest from several resort hotels and casinos who want to place AirWater into their guest rooms. In Las Vegas alone with over 150,000 rooms and an average occupancy of 89%, this market could support 250,000 16 oz cans of AirWater per week - over 31,000 gallons per week. A substantial amount of our water products will be distributed to hotels, convention centers, restaurants and other bulk users.
