ClubZERO Rewards, (ClubZERO), believes in rewarding those who help fund our projects. Our mission is to build a global community of like-minded entrepreneurs totaling 5 million Gold and 15,000 maximum paid members by the end of 2028, generating over $250 million annually to fund bold GridZero Venture Fund
companies, including:
Plasric2Power USA that will turn plastic packaging waste into electricity,
HunidaPURE AirWater Systems: designs and builds utility scale AWG water systems, that will make drink-ready AirWater from humidity,
Tropical Reef Travel Cafes, a new food and beverage chain that incorporates a full-service travel agency.

But what truly makes the ClubZERO membership unique is the fact that members will help build a group of socially responsible companies, help fund ocean plastic waste and geoengineering issue awareness along the way. In exchange we will give back to our members under our revenue sharing commitment through our ClubZERO Reward Credits (CZR Credits).
Monthly BitZERO$ Credits
The ClubZERO’s BitZERO$ (BZ$) program, a private blockchain-based rewards token created exclusively to serve as our virtual currency within the ClubZERO ecosystem. Our moto - Earn It. Spend It. Trade It. Live It. It was recently added into our program and replaces the former Reward Credits model. To learn more, visit th BitZERO$ webpage on this site.
At the end of each quarter, GridZero will shares 30% of its combined pre-tax net profits from its operations through 2028 under a revenue sharing agreement. These funds are combined with 20% of the ClubZERO
monthly member dues and a share of surplus earnings from operations. Funds will get collectively deposited into the ClubZero Rewards Trust (CZR Trust).
Gold Members who pay $35 per month in dues will receive a BitZERO$ (BZ$) value of 25 BZ$ each month while they remain active, with Platinum Members who pay $85 per month in dues receive 50 BZ$ per month, and our Business Members who pay $145 monthly, will receive 75 BZ$ monthly. The BZ$ values are funded through the CZR Rewards Trust and posted directly to the members account to purchase merchandise through the CBO Foundation's ReefShark Apparel & Accessories online store, or travel through the members online travel booking system.
CZR Credit values can be accrued and used during the entire membership term, but are lost if a member cancels or defaults back to free Silver statue. The Club will develop a number of unique travel packages, including cruises for consideration.
Our goal is to keep our members engaged long-term and provide at least two-times the cost of monthly membership dues in value. We plan to offer a group health plan, and possible 401 K like retirement plan and other benefits as we move forward. The Chart below shares some of the initial Benefits planned, and other benefits are outlined later on this page, of course, all are subject to change as things develop.
ClubZERO Founders Share Gift Program
Members who join by December 31, 2025 will receive an added benefit - one (1) gifted share of ClubZERO Founder Credits (FC) as outlined under our Member Equity Participation Plan (MEPP) for our planned direct listing onto the NASDAQ stock exchange in 2028. Note: These shares are gifted, not purchased as an investment, and are limited to 6,000,000 shares on a first come basis. Shares will be issued to active member participants prior to our direct sting on or before December 2027 and will be unrestricted once issued as authorized by SEC regulations. The chart below shares examples of the Founder Credits earning and conversion structure.
As we launch, ClubZERO will offer an online travel booking engine paying members can use to book travel or cruise with their Rewards Credits. Free Silver members cannot use this travel service. ClubZERO will be acquiring unique travel packages to be offered exclusively to paid members at a discount:, including cruises, golf and casino resort getaways, wine tasting trips and sailing vacation adventures. The goal is to get our members out raveling to enjoy as much of life as possible.

Affiliate Income Program for Member Referrals
The best benefit of all is the Affiliate member referral income program paid members can participate in to monetize their existing social media, website or podcast followers. Our Affiliate Program turns ClubZERO members into marketing partners who earn commissions by sharing ClubZERO membership with others by invitation only. Affiliates use a personal referral link on websites or social media. When a Silver member upgrades, the commissions begin. You promote the club link, we handle the rest.
Most members will be joining this program shortly after joining as membership in ClubZERO will be capped at five (5) million paying Gold Member and 15,000 Business Members by design. In today's online world, we with some having over a million followers, we expect to reach our target levels by the end of 2027. The later one joins, the less opportunity to build a solid referral network.

Affiliates lose all referral fee income if they cancel membership or are terminated for cause. Tax on income earned is the member’s responsibility, if applicable. Silver member can refer but do not earn income until they become paying members and join the program, at which time they will earn the residual value of all paid members they have referred starting in the month after they have joined the program. To minimize confusion, becoe a paid member and Affiliate before referring members.
Future Benefit: ClubZERO plans to develop a group insurance program for our members to purchase with their Reward Credits. We hope to bring this online by January 2026. It will be available exclusively to paying members
CBO Foundation - 1oz Silver SandDollar Medallions
ClubZERO members receive a 1 ounce .999 pure silver CBO Silver SandDollar Medallion as a collectible item for every $500 in paid club membership dues or donations to the CBO Foundation, while supply lasts. Medallions feature the CBO foundation logo in blue on front, with a 22 karat gold plated Sanddollar on the back side, We believe silver and gold are valuable things to own and encourage members to acquire as much of each as they can afford.
