ClubZERO Rewards (ClubZERO) is more than just another rewards program—it's a self-funding business engine powered by a like-minded online membership community. Together they help build our membership, while funding GridZero’s visionary projects and sharing in its success along the way. Including our Venture Fund Projects and the West Maui Resilience Center which incorporates the Aquarium Plaza planned for the Island of Maui, Hawaii, plus funds the non-profit Clear Blue Oceans Foundation (CBO Foundation) initiatives.

Developed by our Founder/CEO Peter "The AngelPreneur" Ortmann—an Angel Investor and entrepreneur, (Hence the AngelPreneur tag)—ClubZERO will empower members to take action and become stakeholders in real-world innovation. Along the journey they earn cash Reward Credits to purchase travel and merchandise on the club website, and may participate in our member referral affiliate income program.

🧭 Why The ClubZERO Membership Model Works

Back in the 1990s to early 2000s, AOL (America Online) had over 26 million subscribers globally. Many continued paying $19.95–$29.95/month for dial-up internet or email-only access, even after they switched to broadband. A significant number of users reportedly paid for years without ever logging in — simply to retain their email address, screen name, or digital identity. At one point, AOL made over $1 billion a year from legacy subscribers who weren’t aware they were still being billed — or didn’t care.

🌟 Membership Tiers

We keep it simple, as all members start at the free Silver level, the default membership with just a verified email allowing limited access to the membership website. To unlock full benefits, members can upgrade to one of our 2 paid tiers: Gold at $35 per month (5 million members max), and Platinum Business at $85 per month (15,000 maximum). There are never any contracts to enter into as all memberships are month-to-month.

💸 Acquiring & Redeeming Reward Credits

All paid members will receive Reward Credits each month while active. Initially Gold members receive $25 each month and Business members receive $50 per month, which is posted directly to the members online account for use in 1) purchasing merchandise in the non-profit ReefShark Apparel & Accessories online store, or 2) purchase travel (cruises, airfare, hotels,

car rental, in the members online travel

🤝 Member Referral - Affiliate Income Program

Turn your social media followers or network into revenue with our opt-in Affiliate Member Referral Program for a one-time set-up fee of $35. Affiliates serve as our marketing team and get paid for building our memberships in a program run on the well established Post Affiliate Pro software. Commission payments are made monthly directly to the Affiliate's bank account or assigned re-chargeable debit card. This is the perfect side-hustle business for any influencers looking to build a steady second income stream. Our Program is simple and pays as follows:

$20 1X bonus per new Gold referral (first month)
$10 per month ongoing residual per active Gold referral
$40 1X bonus per new Business referral (first month)
$20 per month ongoing residual per active Platinum referra

NOTE: Silver members can refer new members after joining, but do not participate in the income flows until they become paid Affiliate members themselves. There are never any required meetings to attend, people to meet, or downlines to build. You post one of the ads we provide with a unique embedded link to post wherever they want. When someone clicks on the linked ad, and joins for free, they become their referral for as long as they are members. Affiliates get paid as long as their referrals are paid members each month.

ClubZERO was designed to help GridZero fund its Venture Fund start-up companies, the APVG web series production and content, non-profit Clear Blue Oceans Foundation ocean awareness initiatives and the proposed West Maui Resilience Center. 💼 Allocation of Monthly Dues

ClubZERO has entered into a Dues Sharing Agreement (DSA) at the rates shown below with a) GridZero to fund its ventures, b) AngelPreneur Venture Group through December 31, 2029, to help fund its proposed Maui ventures and web series, c) help fund the non-profit Clear Blue Oceans Foundation (CBO Foundation) ocean-related initiatives, and d) the ClubZERO Rewards Trust to fund the member Reward Credits program. 🌊 Social Impact Meets Innovation

A ClubZERO membership doesn’t just fund businesses—it helps address real-world problems. Our HumidaPURE AirWater Company will make clean drinking water from humidity, Plastic2Power USA will convert plastic packaging waste into electricity, our Tropical Reef Travel Cafes will merge the travel agency model into a cafe while promoting ocean issues. APVG's West Maui Resilience Center (WMRC) will incorporate our Founders Aquarium Plaza, and build an AgriVoltaic Farm to build long-term food, water and power security for West Maui, Hawaii.

The CBO Foundation's primary mission is to combat ocean plastic waste & debris, chemical pollution of our air, water and land, and reef degradation through increased awareness of these issues, while offering innovative, sustainable, and community-based solutions. The CBO Foundation was originally established by our Founder in 2007 and reincorporated in Hawaii in 2019. It was inactive during the Covid years, and is currently in the process of restarting its 501 c(3) tax exempt status and returning to their original ocean-first focus, reaffirming our Founder's commitment to safeguarding the health of our oceans, tropical reefs and marine ecosystems. They will be based on the Island of Maui by 2026.

The CBO Foundation focus is on addressing the following:

Promoting Plastic-Free Oceans: Reducing marine plastic waste and debris through awareness, advocacy, beach or coastal clean-ups and alternative packaging initiatives.
Promote Reduction of Agricultural Runoff: Through awareness and research: documenting the impacts of air and land-based toxins on our ocean and marine-life health.
Chem-trail & Weather Geoengineering Awareness: Exposing the impact of ongoing geoengineering of our skies and weather to support political agendas. (watch The Dimming video below)
Coral Reef Protection: Supporting Hawaiian reef-safe behaviors, restoration projects, marine research, and public education campaigns.
Tropical Reef Life Breeding: Establishing a sustainable reef fish and related aquarium-type sea life breeding programs to reduce the need for wild reef fish harvesting. Support the Aquarium Plaza aquariums, Marissa's Reef and GridZero's Tropical Reef Travel Cafe aquariums.
Address West Maui Water Issues: Develop and fund atmospheric water generators for local hotels, restaurants, farmers or residential complexes in need of safe, clean water. (watch video below)
