GridZero Founder/President/CEO shares his goals for SuperHUBZ

SuperHUBZ of North America Inc.

A GridZero Venture Fund Company

SuperHUBZ of North America (SuperHUBZ) is the proposed holding company for a bold infrastructure initiative being explored as a potential strategic development project under the GridZero Venture Fund. Envisioned as a transformative force in zero-emission highway transit, the SuperHUBZ business model will require significant capital investment and is being positioned as a potential candidate for:

  • A joint venture with an established private or public sector player

  • A future public offering (IPO)

  • Acquisition by a public company

Note: Due to current regulatory and political challenges, this EV-H2 based infrastructure project is unlikely to be advanced without substantial financial backing, state or federal grants.

The SuperHUBZ Vision

The SuperHUBZ vision is to develop, own, and operate up to 80 large-scale zero-emission charging and refueling complexes called EVPowerHUBZ and up to 20 separate but attached units called H2TruckHUBZ. The rendering below shows the conceptual design for a two story an EVPowerHUBZ .

These locations will serve as the backbone of a zero-emission highway ecosystem. A dedicated GridZero project team is currently evaluating the full potential of this initiative, including possible asset sale or joint venture. It is estimated this project would cost $1.5 Billion to fully build-out.

EVPowerHUBZ: Redefining Road Travel

All EVPowerHUBZ would be connected with a fleet of luxury coaches called ClubLimoLiners. These HUBZ will be strategically located along major transportation corridors from Salt Lake City to San Diego through Las Vegas (I-15), from Los Angeles into Phoenix (I-10), and north to Santa Barbara (Hwy 210/101/134). See map below of proposed locations.

EVPowerHUBZ are high-capacity EV charging and green hydrogen (H2) refueling centers built primarily on 30+ acre agricultural, BLM or related desert parcels. These locations will be fitted with extensive solar power generating roof Modules via a proprietary bifacial solar canopy system and ground based solar systems—to power almost all operations. Key Features:

  • GridZero Solar Canopy Modules:

    • 40,0000 - 60,000 sq. ft. bifacial solar canopies over crops where possible

    • Allows light penetration for lighting, and plant growth where suitable

    • Generates approx. 720 kW (40,000 SF) to 1MW (60,000 sf) of power per module

  • Clean Energy Production:

    • Solar + Wind: Over 15 MW per location from Vertical Axis Wind Turbines  (VAWT)

    • Supports EV fast charging, and green (H2) hydrogen vehicle refueling,

    • Provide atmospheric AirWater generation for customers

  • 24/7 Operations & Services

    • EV charging and H2 refueling for ClubZero members at a discount

    • Clean restrooms, lounges, food and beverage services

    • Smaller version of Tropical Reef Travel Café franchise operation

    • Free video programing and wifi for customers

    • 24/7 onsite security - safety-first infrastructure

Addressing Charging Anxiety

The EVPowerHUBZ model is designed to eliminate charging and refueling anxiety, especially for apartment and condo residents who cannot charge at home. By providing secure, well-equipped, and conveniently located EVPowerHUBZ, we remove common barriers to EV and H2 adoption, including:x

  • Lack of charging or refueling infrastructure

  • Safety concerns at remote open air or dark charging locations

  • Lack of clean restrooms, food & beverage availability

  • Inadequate weather protection or shelter during charging

H2TruckHUBZ: Zero-Emission Freight Support

To meet our 2035 emissions targets, we support the long-haul trucking sector. That’s why many EVPowerHUBZ will include an H2TruckHUBZ, built directly next door under GridZero Solar Modules to offer and accommodate truckers with:

  • 20 Hydrogen truck refueling pumps

  • 10 EV fast truck charging stations

  • A Tire and repair shops, plus self-serve truck wash station

  • Secure trucker lounge with showers, lockers and laundry facility

  • Limited overnight parking and full-time security

  • 24/7 operations with onsite attendants

  • Travel Café food and beverage

Purpose-Built Infrastructure

Each H2TruckHUBZ will be spaced approx. 100 miles apart, ensuring reliable, uninterrupted travel for hydrogen-powered trucks across the Southwest corridor.

ClubLimoLiner: Luxury Travel, Reimagined

A third division of SuperHUBZ business model is the ClubLimoLiner - a luxury coach transit service connecting each EVPowerHUBZ location. Featuring premium onboard seating, amenities and consistent scheduling, ClubLimoLiner will:

  • Serve ClubZERO members first, plus leisure and business travelers

  • Operate on a fixed, reliable daily schedule between locations

  • Use EVPowerHUBZ as transport hubs for passenger boarding and location supply cargo

  • Have onboard attendant with food and drink options

  • Free Video programing and WIFI enroute

GridZero’s Zero Emission Mission

While GridZero does not support the narrative of a human-caused climate crisis, however, we are deeply committed to creating a clean, reliable, and commercially viable solar powered and hydrogen-based transportation infrastructure. SuperHUBZ represents our most ambitious effort yet to integrate energy, logistics, transportation, and customer experience for zero-emissions travel.

Looking Ahead

GridZero aims to establish SuperHUBZ as a standalone company with a goal of:

  • Building 80+ EVPowerHUBZ by 2035

  • Expand to 250 EVPowerHUBZ locations by 2050
