Welcome to GridZero Inc., your one-stop resource for the best-of-class on or off-grid micro-farming, alternative power and Atmospheric Water Generating (AWG) systems for a more sustainable zero emissions lifestyle or business.

GridZero provides mainly consulting and business development services, plus turn-key design/build off-grid systems to a range of clients, including large estate owners, ranchers, vineyards, hotels, restaurants and others. Those seeking off-grid micro-farming systems for their home or business, air-to-water generating units to turn humidity into drink ready water, hydrogen fueled or solar power back-up generators and energy storage systems.

Over the years we developed several business models incorporating
our best-of-class equipment and systems. Over the summer of 2024 we have refined our business plan and are updating our website. We intend to launch a few of our companies after the national election plays itself out and we have a better understanding how the next administration policies might impact our projects. Our goal is to sell and service our systems long-term for all our clients.

We have eliminated several business models as well over the past few months to streamline our overall goals and long-term objectives. The economy has certainly had an impact on executing our initial plans, and our systems, whether for clients or on us directly. Each design/build project offers a situation and location that is unique. The process begins with a phone call to us, often followed by an site evaluation to define the best solution to meet the clients needs. The current economic environment makes large scale capital investment and funding more difficult to say the least, so we developed an alternate plan.

The post Covid times we all live in today warrant looking at alternate power, water making and farming systems to ensure against power failures, unsafe water and food shortages. We are here to help you through that process! If after your initial call to us we feel we can meet your needs, we can schedule a detailed Site Evaluation which allows us to define the equipment needed to deliver a firm cost estimate, outline permit requirements, tax credits and delivery timelines. In short, we evaluate your needs and deliver a fully-installed turnkey system cost, then manage the installation if you wish to proceed. The site elvauation fee is credited back against your project cost if you elect to move forward.

Proposed GridZero Developed Business Projects
AS stated earelier, GridZero has developed several business models around its products, and mission to help address social issues that impact the lives of millions. We intend to launch them, and once they are established, take two (2) of them public to grow them further starting in 2025 and then again in 2028.

This website will introduce the HumidaPURE AirWater Company that will convert local humidity into drink-ready water packaged in non-plastic can and glass containers for resale to consumers, and our CommunityHUBS of America , facilities designed to assist the ever growing population of working homeless in California, Nevada, and Hawaii, then elsewhere. These are the two we plan to take public in the future, in a few unique way as briefly explained on this website.
We will also introduce our AgriVoltaics farming Systems business model intended to make better use of existing ranch, farm and vineyard ag lands. It will become part of a research campus locatred on a California vineyard, or ranch in late 2025 or 2026. We will also introduce a new funding strategy to get them all online called: our ClubZERO Rewards, a powerful online membership rewards and affiliate income program. GridZero believes that many people today dream of living off the grid, and we want to help them make that dream possible. We want to help them design/build the systems needed to successfully get off the grid.
